What makes honey BIO?
Beekeepers can only collect BIO honey from areas certified by Biokontroll. The characteristic of these areas is that there are no agricultural areas within a 10 km radius. This also includes 100% pesticide-free, natural animal husbandry. In such cases, only certified beekeepers can deal with BIO honey, and in the case of processing, the distributor will similarly receive this certification after appropriate measures.
Bio Flower Honey
Characteristic: Its color varies from light yellow to dark brown. Its aroma and taste also depend on the collecting area, generally having a flavorsome, intense scent and rich taste.
Composition: Mixed flower honey, classified among honeys containing the most vitamins and minerals. Typically, a variety of medicinal herbs and flowers are included in this product. This type contains the most vitamins and trace elements.
Recommended: Recommended for daily consumption, it is a versatile type of honey. One of the healthiest natural sweeteners, you can add it to any hot drink, tea, coffee, or use it in your favorite pastries, breakfast pancakes, waffles, or even in cooking.
