Ingredients (for 5 pcs):
- 75 g. Szafi Reform gluten-free pancake flour mix
- a pinch of salt
- 8 g coconut oil
- 2 pcs. M-sized eggs
- 170 g room temperature water
Instructions: Combine water, egg, liquid coconut oil, salt with a manual whisk. Add the flour mixture and stir quickly. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Cook the pancakes in a greased, hot pan over medium heat. (Flip when the edges start to brown.)
