INTENSIVE WEIGHT CONTROL Night (transparent capsule):
psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husk powder; chitosan; guar gum; capsule shell ((hydroxypropyl)-methyl-cellulose, gellingagent: gellan gum)); inulin; Senna (Cassia angustifolia) leaf extract; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, colloidal silicon dioxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) essential oil; Peppermint (Mentha piperita) essential oil.
Recommended intake:
Before main meals during the day take 2x1 purple tablets (DAY formula), before dinner in the evening take 1x2 transparent capsules (NIGHT formula). Take the products 20-30 minutes before main meals with a large glass of water. The fibers have a high water-binding capacity, therefore it is recommended to adhere to proper fluid intake (min. 1.5-2 liters of fluid per day)!
