Usage recommendation:
Coat the desired food (meat, vegetables) in Fiber baking mix, then in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil. For cheese breading, double bread. The bread does not turn dark golden brown, its color remains lighter and does not become saturated with oil/fat.
Paneer can also be used as a substitute for bread crumbs - in this case, fry a small amount of paneer in butter and use it in place of traditional breadcrumbs.
