    Pantry Vegan Homemade White Bread Flour Mix. 400g (+/-5g) gluten-free. Yeasted, vegan.


    Preparation: Empty the contents of the bag into a bowl, add 7g of dried yeast. Mix it dry like this, then add 390 ml of lukewarm water, 20 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 20 ml of liquid coconut oil. Stir well with a spoon or dough hook for 3-5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, then shape it into bread as you like. Brush the top with a little coconut oil, let it rise in a warm place for 35 minutes, before baking, make 4 cuts across. Bake at 210 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven for 30 minutes with both upper and lower heat, and an additional 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Let the bread cool before slicing. It can be frozen sliced or whole. Stored in a bread container, it will remain soft and easy to slice for days.


    Yeast-free vegan recipe: all you need to do is omit the yeast from the above recipe. The rest of the ingredients, mixing, and baking remain the same.


    Ingredients: gluten-free flours (millet flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour), tapioca starch, fiber blend (bamboo fiber flour, psyllium husk flour), acidity regulator: cream of tartar, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, Himalayan salt. Contains only naturally occurring fibers and sugars.
