The ready-made bread, rolls, and pastries can be frozen immediately after cooling down. When thawed, they regain their original, fresh texture and taste. They can be stored at room temperature in a sealed plastic bag for up to 3 days without freezing. It is not recommended to store them in the refrigerator as they will become hard.
It does not contain added sugar. It contains naturally occurring sugars.
Ingredients: gluten-free flour blend (millet flour, quinoa flour), tapioca starch, fiber blend (psyllium husk flour, bamboo fiber), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid)
