The 2A GAL+ Babaváró® product was developed based on the latest research, keeping in mind naturality and realism, to ensure that it contains all vitamins, minerals, trace elements in an ideal form, quantity, and proportion, not deviating from what could be obtained through a consistent nutrient-rich, varied diet. Where beneficial, the vitamins and minerals are derived from extracts of organically grown (organic) medicinal and spice herbs. Throughout the quantities, we have always considered it important that the daily dose definitely includes the effective dose found, but under no circumstances exceeds realistic quantities, i.e., the amount that could not be covered by diet in any way. It is also extremely important that the undisturbed development of a new life is not hindered by anything inappropriate.
(Water-soluble ingredients in 2 smaller capsules instead of the previous 1 large one, promoting complete digestive tranquility. Furthermore, Choline drops are available in a separate product for easier dosage.)
We recommend taking folic acid from the very thought of child planning, ideally at least 3 months before conception, all the way through the end of breastfeeding, and even beyond that.
Do not take iron unless confirmed to be deficient, but even then it is worth rechecking after 1-2 months of taking GAL+ Babaváró® as it is possible that the level normalizes without it, especially if you regularly consume liver and possibly lactoferrin alongside. Our product does not contain B3 vitamin, as most people's diet is abundant in it, and the excess could be disadvantageous for many.
Daily dose: 1 pc Lipophil oil capsule (brown) + 2 pcs Hydrophil powder capsule (orange) + 5 ml (4.4 g) complementary drink powder.
Usage recommendation:
Lipophilic oil and hydrophilic powder capsules: Can be taken with a few sips of liquid during meals, preferably with breakfast or lunch, and not during dinner. All three capsules can be taken at once, but due to the high vitamin and mineral content, it is advisable to take the two identical hydrophilic capsules at separate meals to avoid digestive discomfort, which can also be beneficial for those who are sensitive to it.
Complementary drink powder: To be dissolved in liquid. Although it can be consumed all at once, it is more advantageous to consume it in multiple portions to maximize absorption. It is recommended to consume it within 8 hours after mixing, so it is advisable to prepare 1 serving in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, each with 2.5-2.5 ml of powder. This way it can be conveniently sipped throughout the day.
Kolin has been removed from the product as our experience from feedback and further examinations related to choline indicate that the type and method of choline supplementation is optimally different for each individual. Some may find lecithin more suitable, while others may benefit more from choline salts or other choline sources, and it may be unnecessary to supplement especially with abundant quinoa, eggs, or liver consumption.
