Grandma's pancake mix (sugar-free). Net weight: 175 g (+/-5g).
You won't find any diet flavor in easily flippable pancakes. They will be as delicious as your previous favorite. *Compared to general gluten-free flours high in starch, this product has reduced carbohydrate content by approximately 30%. Preparation: Mix 370 ml soda water or plant milk and 40 g erythritol or other sweetener with 4 medium eggs (about 210 g). Add the pancake flour and mix until smooth. After resting for 10 minutes, cook in a greased teflon or ceramic pan for 2 minutes on each side until done. Easy to flip. (Recommended size: 20 cm pan. This amount of flour is enough for 12 pancakes.) It can be further diluted as needed during cooking. Waffle, American pancake recipe: 3 medium eggs, 120 ml soda water, 4 tablespoons of liquid fat.
