The Szafi Reform stretchable, sweet flour mix is an added sugar-free, gluten-free, universal flour mix. With it, we can make our favorite traditional yeast dough recipes without yeast and eggs.
It is excellent for both paleo and vegan diets.

Anything can be made from it, such as bukta, chocolate snail, bag, bejgli, pies, etc., following the recipes on the blog.
Usage recommendation:
Cinnamon Walnut Roll
Ingredients (for 8 servings):
- 115 g Szafi Reform Stretchable sweet flour mix
- 70 g coconut cream
- 60 g water
- 25 g of Szafi Fitt warm coconut oil
Filling (alternatively, you can use other fillings):
- 30 g ground walnuts
- 10 g ground cinnamon
- 45 g coconut cream
- sweetener to taste (e.g. 5g of four times the strength sweetener)
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients until smooth using a spoon, then knead the dough. Let the dough rest for a few minutes, then roll it out between two silicone baking sheets or with a silicone rolling pin (to prevent the dough from sticking to the rolling pin). If the dough is very sticky, sprinkle a little flour underneath.
Finally, spread the cream on it, roll up the dough from the shorter side, and cut the dough into 8 pieces.
Baking time: Preheat oven, use convection function, bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
It is FORBIDDEN to slice/consume while hot, let it cool on a rack and consume only when cold!
Ingredients: Coconut flour, tapioca starch, sweetener (erythritol), psyllium husk flour, bamboo fiber, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), thickening agent (konjac gum).
