Usage:
- 500 g Dia-Wellness potato langos powder, 4-5 dl milk, 2 dkg yeast.
- Activate the yeast in warm milk.
- Knead the ingredients into a dough and let it rise at around 30-35°C for 30 minutes.
- Next, cut out pieces of about 15 dkg from the dough (you can brush the tops with a little oil), cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Deep-fry the risen dough pieces in plenty of hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Approximately 8 lángos can be made from this quantity. After baking, we can flavor the lángos with salt, sour cream, and garlic.
