The oil can be consumed on its own, on a daily basis. The recommended amount is one demitasse spoon daily for up to 80 kg body weight and one teaspoon daily for body weight over 80 kg. When spiced with finely chopped sage, it can be made into a very tasty dip. It has a silky, soft taste and is excellent for use in mayonnaise or salad dressings with mustard.
