The sprouting dish you purchased is made of natural materials and fired undyed ceramic at 1000 degrees Celsius. This allows the seeds to develop in a natural environment during sprouting. Another advantage is that the ceramic dish evenly transfers the water absorbed during irrigation to the sprouts. Directions for use: Soak the thoroughly washed seeds in a bowl or glass for 24 hours until they swell. Place the swollen seeds in the Sprouting Dish, spreading them evenly. Water them 3 times a day, holding them under a gentle stream of water, to obtain sprouts ready for consumption in 5-7 days. Do not let water stand in the dish during sprouting; only the ceramic should be damp! Never clean the sprouting dish with detergent, only use a sponge under running water! If needed, sterilize it by boiling for 10 minutes.
