The Dia-Wellness Flour Blend contains 50% less carbohydrates than traditional BL-55 wheat flour. Except for dumplings, boiled and dry pasta, it can be used in any pastry or kitchen product on its own or mixed with BL-55 wheat flour, depending on the desired calorie or carbohydrate reduction. It is characterized by excellent taste and processability, and is healthy due to its high dietary fiber content.
