Kyselina mliečna má dve formy: D- a L-kyselinu mliečnu. V tele sa tieto formy premenia na D- a L-laktát. V zdravých ľudských krvných plazmach sa nachádza takmer výlučne len L-laktát, čo je dôležitá živina pre srdce a mozog. V našom produkte je horčík prítomný výlučne vo forme tejsavu L, čo nielen umožňuje lepšie vstrebávanie horčíka, ale tiež poskytuje prospešný L-laktát bez D-laktátu. Okrem toho menej často spôsobuje hnačku ako mnohé iné formy horčíka. Dávkovanie: Doprajte si denne 2 g (približne 1 čajová lyžička), najlepšie rozdelené do dvoch dávok (hlavne ak by jednorazové užitie spôsobovalo uvoľnenejšiu stolicu ako zvyčajne). Je možné ho zmiešať s akoukoľvek tekutinou, najlepšie sa užíva po jedle. Pre deti: vyvážené podľa hmotnosti, pokiaľ sa váha dospelého človeka zvažuje ako 60 kilogramov.
Product Description
There are two forms of lactic acid: D- and L-lactic acid. These are converted to D- and L-lactate in the body. Healthy individuals have predominantly L-lactate in their blood, which is an important nutrient for the heart and brain, among other things. In this product, magnesium is exclusively bound to the L-form of lactic acid, which not only allows for better absorption of magnesium, but also provides beneficial L-lactate without the presence of D-lactate. Additionally, it is less likely to cause loose stools compared to many other forms of magnesium.
Important, note that magnesium lactate does not contain any milk derivatives (lactose, casein), it only resembles lactose in its name. Magnesium lactate is the salt of magnesium and lactic acid. Lactic acid is also produced by our muscles following intense physical work, and it is a preferred fuel for the brain and heart. The product can be safely consumed by those who do not consume dairy products.
Dosage: Take 2g daily (approx. 1tsp), preferably in two separate doses (especially if taking it all at once would cause looser stools than usual). Can be mixed into any liquid, best taken with a meal. For children: adjust dosage based on weight, assuming the weight of an adult is 60 kilograms.
