Bigiba, alebo inak nazývaná Shirataki cestovina je tradičná japonská cestovina vyrobená z múky koreňa rastliny konjac. Táto cestovina je ľudovo označovaná aj ako zázračná cestovina, pretože obsahuje len stopy sacharidov, neobsahuje žiadny cukor ani lepok a je takmer bezkalorická. Obsahuje hlavne glucomannan, výživovú vlákninu rozpustnú vo vode. Má len veľmi jemnú vlastnú chuť, preto je využiteľná vo viacerých podobách.
