Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Copper contributes to maintaining the normal condition of connective tissues, as well as the healthy pigmentation of hair and skin. Phosphorus contributes to the maintenance of normal bone structure and teeth. Millet is an alkaline cereal.
