What is it good for?
The essential oil extracted from the fruit peel of the European lemon tree has antimicrobial, disinfectant, mood-enhancing, and refreshing effects.
How do we use it?
For air freshening, humidifying, skincare, aromatherapy, inhalation, and keeping our home clean.
Diffusing: Add 3-4 drops to the water-filled part of your aromatherapy lamp, diffuser, or vaporizer and enjoy its refreshing, mood-enhancing effects!
Inhalation: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to hot water, lean over the bowl with a towel over your head. During the winter cold season, use juniper, eucalyptus, pine, or cypress oil.
Skincare: dissolve 5 drops of cypress and lemon oil each in 200ml of almond oil, and use this fragrant mixture as a body lotion by massaging it into your skin.
Making mouthwash: Make a fragrant mouthwash by mixing 2-4 drops of oil with 1 dl of lukewarm water, and rinse your mouth thoroughly with this disinfectant solution.
Cleaning solution: Add 1 drop of lemon oil, 1 drop of tea tree oil, and 1.5 dl of apple cider vinegar to 4 dl of water!
