Vitamin D belongs to the family of fat-soluble vitamins. JutaVit D3-vitamin 3000 IU Olive contains vitamin D in an extra virgin olive oil soluble form.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to the normal blood calcium levels, to the maintenance of healthy bones and muscle function. It contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth and the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin D plays a role in cell division.
Dosage: For adults, take one softgel capsule daily with liquid, swallowed whole.
