    Product Description

    Peppermint oil

    Mentha piperita

    100% pure, tested, essential oil.

Peppermint-scented essential oil for aromatherapy. Its effects are confirmed by folk medicine data.

    What is it good for?

The essential oil obtained from the flowering shoots of peppermint has antimicrobial, disinfectant, and refreshing properties. It can help alleviate headaches and can be applied for local anesthesia. Avoid using this oil around the nose area for infants and children under 5 years of age!

    How do we use it?

For air freshening, humidifying, skincare, aromatherapy, inhalation, and compresses.

Evaporation, air purification: Add 2 drops each of lemon and eucalyptus essential oils to the water-filled part of the aroma lamp, vaporizer, or diffuser.

Aroma Bath: For an invigorating, refreshing bath, mix 2-2 drops of peppermint, rosemary, and juniper oil in 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or bubble bath, then add it to the bath water.

Inhalation: To alleviate headache, put a drop on your handkerchief and inhale the menthol scent!

As a rub: its application can help relieve respiratory symptoms and soothe pain. Mix 2 drops of nutmeg sage and 5 drops of bergamot oil. Dilute the mixture in 50 ml of almond oil, and massage into the skin.

For cleaning acne-prone skin: dissolve 1 drop of peppermint oil in 1 liter of hot water, then lean over the container and let it sit for a maximum of 10 minutes to allow the steam to cleanse the pores.

Compress: Gently cools and can soothe itching if you add 1-1 drop of peppermint and thyme oil to 1 dl of lukewarm water, shake the mixture, then dip a soft cloth into the fragrant water, squeeze it out and place it on the area to be treated.

To make facial tonic: dissolve 1 drop in 1 dl of 70% alcohol, then gently rub the mixture on the skin. Store our homemade facial tonic in a well-sealed bottle for further use.

    What is worth mixing?
