Expect one classic pregnancy test strip

The Expect® pregnancy test safely detects early pregnancy. The test is coated with protein that detects the presence of the pregnancy hormone hCG in the urine. Besides the control pink line, a second line appears (its color ranging from light pink to dark purple depending on the hormone concentration) if hCG hormone is present, meaning the hormone reacts with the test's special antibody coating. After giving birth or due to the intake of hCG-containing medications (e.g. Profasi), such tests may show false positive results. Certain health conditions (e.g. ovarian cyst) can also lead to incorrect results, similarly to ectopic pregnancy. The test sensitivity is 25mIU/ml.
