    Product Description


    Soft donut and noodle flour mix (sweetener-free). Net weight: 200g (+/-5g).


    A large plate of soft and tempting doughnuts is hard to resist for many. Even non-dieters will not complain if you offer them. *A product with approximately 30% reduced carbohydrate content compared to high-starch general gluten-free flours.


    Preparation suggestion: Mix 3 medium eggs (approx. 165 g) and 1 medium egg yolk with 150 ml cold water, 60 g erythritol or another sweetener. Add the donut flour and stir until smooth using a spoon or a mixer. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a cool place, then knead lightly dusted with flour. After that, roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of 8-10 mm, cutting out 20 donuts with a 5 cm mold. Press a dent in the center, then fry in not too hot, at least 2 cm deep fat until cooked on each side for 2-3 minutes. The donuts will grow beautifully thick while frying. They can be consumed warm with desired toppings. Stored covered in the refrigerator, they can last for days. Soft, fluffy, no off-flavor donuts can be prepared this way. Do not use convection for baking.


    Ingredients: tapioca starch, dietary fibers (bamboo fiber flour, psyllium husk flour), golden flaxseed flour, sesame seed flour, acidity regulator: cream of tartar, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.
