Rich in vitamins and minerals. The hull and the underlying part contain B vitamins, while the sprout contains a large amount of vitamin E. Among its minerals, it contains potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium. It does not contain preservatives, artificial colors, sugar, salt, or any other chemical substances.
