Instructions for use: Cheesy-creamy chicken breast
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 80 g Szafi Reform Low-Carb Breadcrumbs "Creamy - cheesy" for chicken breasts
- 800 g chicken breast fillet (for vegetarians, vegans: raw broccoli, cauliflower)
- 0.5 dl of water
- 4 dl coconut cream (e.g. Kara)
- 20 g lemon juice
- 200 g grated cheese substitute (can be prepared with traditional cheese for dairy consumers, but can also be omitted)
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
- Mix together the salsa, coconut cream (e.g. Kara), water, and lemon juice.
- Then fold the diced chicken breast into this thick cream.
- Place half of the grated cheese at the bottom of a baking dish, then pour the saucy chicken on top, and sprinkle with the other half of the cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
