You can easily and quickly prepare meatless dishes from the gluten-free, Hungarian-spiced Vegabond meatball powder. It goes well in pitas, salads, roasted vegetables, buddha bowls, or you can serve it with various grain sides and hummus.
How to prepare in a pan: Mix the minced meat seasoning with about 220 ml of water, let it rest for 6-8 minutes, then shape the mixture into balls and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
