What is it good for?
The essential oil derived from the air-dried resin of the frankincense tree's incised bark has antimicrobial, soothing, and tension-relieving effects. When used as a mouthwash or in skincare products, we can take advantage of its anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, and skin-toning properties. It promotes meditation and relaxation, and can also help with sleep problems.
How do we use it?
For vaporization, aromatherapy, inhalation, skincare.
Evaporation: Add 4-5 drops to the filled part of the aroma lamp with water, the evaporator, or the diffuser. It can have a positive effect on the health of the respiratory tract during cold season.
Aromatherapy bath: For an invigorating bath, thoroughly mix 6-10 drops of oil in 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or bubble bath, then add to the bath water.
Skincare tip: Dilute 1 ml of essential oil in 50 ml of base oil (e.g. Apricot Kernel Oil) and massage it into your skin thoroughly.
Rinsing solution: Mix 100 ml of 70% alcohol with 5 drops of thyme and clove oil, as well as 5 drops of sandalwood oil, then shake well. In case of unpleasant breath, drip 20-30 drops of this solution into a glass of lukewarm water and rinse with the mixture after brushing your teeth.
Compress: Add 3-6 drops of essential oil into 1 dl of lukewarm water, shake the mixture, then use it as a compress with the help of a soft handkerchief to promote the healing of cracked, scarred skin.
Facial steaming: Add 4-6 drops to 1 liter of hot water, and lean over the rising steam with a towel draped over your head.

Base oils (e.g. Jojoba, grape seed, and apricot kernel oils), patchouli and West Indian sandalwood oil.
