Usage:
Preparation is very simple. If you want to consume it cooked, pour it into boiling water and cook for about 45 minutes. It is rarely consumed on its own but rather as part of salads, sauces, soups, or one-pot dishes. Its flavor is not very strong, so it can be combined and seasoned in many ways. It is also suitable for thickening.
