SUGGESTION: Only use dry, clean utensils when touching the jam, avoid dipping in with wet, buttery, crumby spoons or knives. After use, tightly screw the lid back on and store the product in the fridge as soon as possible. The growth of mold can be easily promoted by moist, 'contaminated utensils' or improper sealing.
