Dosage:
Gradual increase is recommended at the beginning of use:
1st week 1x1 capsule per day
2nd week 2x1 capsule per day
3rd week 3x1 capsule per day
(For higher dosage, take 2x2 capsules per day.)
Continuation of the dosage in the 3rd week is recommended for the future.
