Our BioMenü BIO MATCHA TEA powder product contains classic grade green tea powder, which has been used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies for almost a millennium. The powder is made from the leaves of the camellia sinensis tea plant. The finest leaves are picked and dried to create a fine ground powder. It has a unique, distinctly bitter flavor. Matcha can be used as a food ingredient and as a natural food. In contrast to leaf teas, matcha powder fully dissolves in water, allowing us to enjoy its special taste and health benefits to the fullest. It does not contain any additives and is non-allergenic.

Dosage, recommended usage:
Mix 5 g of the mixture with a little boiled water until smooth, then add the rest of the water and mix until foamy. Flavor according to taste.
