    Product Description

    Preparation suggestion

    • Boil water for tea. The ideal water temperature is 80°C, this is necessary for valuable nutrients to dissolve.

    • Use 1 teaspoon of tea blend for half a liter of water.

    • Steep the tea blend for 10-15 minutes, then strain it.

    • Consume immediately after eating.

The tea prepared this way contains all the necessary active ingredients and is ready to drink immediately. No sweeteners are needed, as the tea tastes good without them. If you absolutely insist on sweetening it, use canola honey. Other types of honey may irritate the esophagus.

    Notes for preparation

You cannot achieve better results with longer soaking time or more tea blends, but the taste of the tea won't be authentic. In fact, for reflux tea, the rule of using 1 teaspoon of tea blend in half a liter of water for 10-15 minutes is particularly important. We are talking about serious medicinal herbs, so do not exceed the prescribed quantities and time.

It is worth preparing tea with a high-quality and safe tea strainer or tea filter, because we don't drink healthy tea just to have pollutants end up in our drink during preparation.

To make a serving of tea you need at least 4-5 dl, which is about half a liter of water. This is equivalent to a large-sized cup (or a small jug).

    Recommended consumption
