Alakor ancient wheat-based SÜTŐFERMENT starter mix (sourdough base). Fermentation-based baking - perfect aroma development - flexible internal structure and crispy crust formation - natural probiotic.
Recommended use: For making sourdough: Mix the contents of the bag with 100 ml of clean water and let it stand for 24 hours. After that, the sourdough can be immediately used for any sourdough-based baking. For bread making: Mix the contents of the bag with 1 kg of any flour suitable for bread making (we recommend baking 2 loaves from 1 kg of flour) with about 15 g of salt, and add 600-800 ml of lukewarm water. Knead the dough together and let it rest covered in a large bowl at room temperature for 24 hours. The next day, shape the bread dough and bake the loaves in a preheated oven until done (about 60 minutes at 180-220°C).
