Usage recommendation - Baguette, bun making
Ingredients:
- 125g Szafi Free reduced carbohydrate gluten-free baguette/bun flour mix
- 2g salt
- 10g freshly squeezed lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar
- 185g of water
Preparation:
Knead the ingredients thoroughly, then let it rest for about 5-10 minutes, then shape it into 2 baguettes or bread rolls.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 45-48 minutes.
Tip: Brush the top with a mixture of water and Szafi Free ketchup to enhance its color, then sprinkle with seeds or grated plant-based cheese substitute.
