Usage recommendation:
Blend the ingredients until smooth!
If not consumed immediately, shake well before consumption!
Recipe:
- 25g of Szafi Free Brown rice germ protein powder PROTEIN SHAKE base
- 4 dl of low-fat plant-based milk substitute (e.g. Alpro / 19 kcal / coconut drink)
- 1 banana (optional*, not mandatory)
- Fruits to taste, e.g. 25 grams of blueberries, blackberries (optional)
*: If for some reason you want to leave out the banana, you can sweeten it with 20 g of fresh Medjool dates, as they complement the taste very well. Alternatively, you can prepare it without fruits using a calorie-free sweetener for those who do not want to increase the drink's carbohydrate and calorie content.
Of course, contrary to the above usage suggestion, it can be prepared with any other fruits and plant-based milk substitutes according to your taste!
When preparing in a shaker, it is recommended to pour the liquid first and then add the base powder, as otherwise it may stick to the bottom of the shaker.
Puddings, porridges, desserts can also be used to increase protein content, feel free to cook and bake with it.
