There are many different forms of magnesium, each with significant differences in absorption. Knowing the name of a well-absorbed form is not enough, as it does not reveal two important things: Will it cause loose stools for us? If it does, then it is already less absorbed... If not, then a significant portion of the magnesium is not in the form indicated by the ingredients, but remains in an inorganic form.
