JutaVit E-vitamin 400 IU is a dietary supplement containing E-vitamin
Vitamin E belongs to the family of fat-soluble vitamins. Its sources include plant oils, such as sunflower, wheat germ, pumpkin seed, olive, safflower, corn oil, other grain germs, and almonds.
It is found in very small amounts in vegetables and fruits. The JutaVit E vitamin 400 capsule contains a high 400 international units (IU) (268.4 mg) of vitamin E. Vitamin E can contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with water, swallow whole.
