This book was created to provide help on the path to healing through recipes and ideas that can be incorporated into everyday life. The cookbook is divided into two parts, with the first chapter focusing on the Low FODMAP diet (recommended for restoring the natural microflora of the digestive system), and the second chapter featuring recipes tailored to followers of the thyroid and insulin resistance protocol. With 90 recipes in the book, we aim to show that this type of eating can indeed be diverse, varied, and most importantly: delicious.
