What is it good for?
The essential oil extracted from the ginger rhizome has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, it can alleviate various types of pain and cramps.
How do we use it?
For air freshening, humidifying, skincare, and aromatherapy bath.
Evaporation: Drop 1-2 drops of ginger, grapefruit, bergamot, and clove oil into the filled part of the aroma lamp with water, the evaporator, or the diffuser. For relaxation, use the following mixture: 2 drops of Indian lemongrass, 5 drops of green lemon, 1 drop of ginger, and 3 drops of rosemary oil.
Aroma bath: Mix 2-3 drops of rosemary, ginger, juniper, and 1 drop of peppermint oil in 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or foam bath, then add it to the bath water.
Skincare tip: For skin refreshment and to stimulate circulation, dissolve 10-15 drops of ginger essential oil in 1 tablespoon of base oil (e.g. Jojoba oil) and massage into your skin several times a day.
Body lotion recipe: dissolve 5-5 drops of frankincense, ginger, and grapefruit essential oils in 1 tablespoon of macadamia nut oil, or create a regenerating skin care oil with 1 tablespoon of apricot kernel or grapeseed oil, 4 drops of West Indian sandalwood oil, and a blend of 2 drops of rose, ylang-ylang, and ginger essential oils.

Base oils (e.g. apricot kernel, grape seed oil) with West Indian sandalwood, rose, ylang-ylang, juniper, peppermint, lime, bergamot, grapefruit, and rosemary essential oils.
