Melissa officinalis
100% pure, tested, essential oil.

What is it good for?
The essential oil obtained from the fresh, flowering shoots of lemon balm has soothing and disinfectant properties. It can help strengthen the immune system, be used as a massage oil, inhaled to relieve headaches, and relax smooth muscle spasms. It may be effective against herpes as a topical treatment and can also be used as an insect repellent.
How to use?
For air freshening, humidifying, skincare, aromatherapy baths, and inhalation.
Evaporation: To clean the air and promote concentration, add 2 drops each of bergamot and lemon oil, and 6 drops of lemongrass oil to the water-filled part of the aroma lamp, the evaporator, or the diffuser.
Aromatherapy bath: Mix 4 drops of oil in 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or bubble bath, then add it to the bathwater.
Inhalation: Place 1-2 drops on a damp cotton pad and inhale deeply by holding the cotton pad in front of your nose!
Massage oil: In case of headache, mix 2 drops of oil with 1 tablespoon of base oil (e.g. Almond), and massage the temples area with it. This mixture can be used for massage in case of stomach ache or as a muscle relaxant on the affected area.
For cold sores: mix 1 drop of oil with 1 teaspoon of almond oil and apply it to the affected area.
What is worth mixing?
