The versatile Himalayan Salt
It has many positive qualities. Himalayan crystal salt comes from a salt mine located in the Himalayas, at an altitude of about 3000 meters. First and foremost, it is important to note that it comes from a pollution-free and untouched area, it is free from additives, not chemically purified, and contains 84 different vitamins and minerals.
Below is the recipe for a salt solution, which can be used in many ways.
Preparing saline solution:
Place the Himalayan salt crystal in a clean glass jar, which can be a canning jar or even a pitcher, then fill it generously with carbonated spring water to cover the salt crystals. The salt to water ratio should be 1:3.
In one hour we will receive a 26% saline solution, which is completely sterile, bacteria and fungi cannot survive in it, and it can be stored indefinitely.
Use of Sole Drinking Cure:
Add one teaspoon of the prepared 26% saline solution to a glass of mineral water and drink it every morning on an empty stomach. If it's easier, you can also pour one teaspoon of saline solution into 1 liter of water and sip it throughout the day.
A clinical trial showed that consumption of 'salty water' resulted in positive changes in respiratory, circulatory, connective tissue, and nervous system function. Participants reported improved sleep quality, increased vitality, brain activity, and concentration skills.
