Beef protein is an easily digestible protein source found in lean beef (e.g. steak) with low fat content. It is well absorbed and has a high biological value as an animal-based protein.

Usage recommendation: Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaping tablespoons) in 250 ml of water using a shaker bottle. On workout days, consume at least 2 servings, one serving within 45 minutes after the workout, and another serving between two meals. On rest days, consume one serving in the morning and one serving in the evening.
