The product is made with a special drying process, the steps of which are as follows:
Step 1: Drying the fresh fruit: In this step, the juice is extracted from the fruit, which contains natural sugars specific to the fruit variety.
Step 2: Boiling the received fruit juice: The fruit juice received in the first step is concentrated by evaporating some of the water it contains. This step increases the percentage of individual carbohydrates, especially fructose.
Step 3: The dried fruit, from which the juice was extracted, is soaked in fruit juice with increased fructose concentration. Due to osmotic pressure, the fruit absorbs some of the fructose from the mentioned concentrated fruit juice.
Although dried fruit does not contain artificial sweeteners, it will still have a higher sugar content than fresh fruit due to the drying process concentrating the natural fructose found in the fruit.

Summer without watermelon is like winter without snow. Watermelon, a type of gourd also known as a cucurbit, is actually a vegetable. This highly hydrating fruit is perfect for quenching thirst on hot summer days. Different varieties of melons are more nutritious, sweeter, and healthier. They contain carotenoids that strengthen our immune system, visible in the bright orange color of the flesh. Cantaloupe is rich in trace elements and minerals. Watermelon contains calcium, phosphorus, sodium, iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, cobalt, vitamin A, niacin, riboflavin, folic acid, and vitamin C, as well as significant chromium content. Consuming cantaloupe is recommended for fever and inflammatory conditions due to its beta-carotene content. It is an effective remedy for gallstones, alleviates digestive issues, and is highly recommended for patients with intestinal inflammation. Cantaloupe rinses and cools the problematic digestive tract without burdening the body. Cantaloupe is healthier than watermelon. Its high carotenoid content makes it an ideal summer treat, protecting our skin from harmful UV radiation and strengthening cells to combat free radicals from ozone, smoke, and other harmful substances.
