Usage: Suitable for limited, up to 10% sugar content processes, ideal for any dough that is not enriched and requires high fermentation power. Provides excellent results in all processes of bread and bakery products; also gives excellent natural bread aroma to the products. Ingredients: yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier E491. Dosage: Calculate 1-2% of the amount of flour.
