Ingredients:
Gluten-free wheat starch, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, corn flour, stabilizers (guar gum, xanthan gum, E464), salt, raising agents (sodium carbonates), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), flavor (vanillin)
Usage recommendation:
For 12 muffins:
• 250 g maria’s sweet baking mix
• 110 g granulated sugar
• 12 g baking powder
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 2 eggs
• 200 ml yogurt
• 80 ml sunflower oil
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the liquid ingredients - eggs, yogurt, and oil evenly. Add the dry ingredients from another bowl and combine with a hand mixer. Pour the batter into muffin molds lined with paper, filling them halfway. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Tip: You can add fruits, chocolate pieces, cocoa powder to the pasta according to your taste.
