The JutaVit Coenzyme Q10 - Water-soluble formula - capsule contains 100 mg of coenzyme Q10, B1, C vitamin, beta-carotene, organic selenium, and olive leaf extract dietary supplement.
Coenzyme Q10 is a substance found in cells, especially in their mitochondria. Its production may decrease with age. The product contains organic-bound, well-utilized L-selenomethionine. Organic selenium derived from L-selenomethionine has better bioavailability than inorganic selenium (sodium selenite, sodium selenate) compounds. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to the proper functioning of the heart. Vitamin A plays a role in cell differentiation. Vitamin C and selenium contribute to protecting cells against oxidative stress and supporting normal immune system function.
Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily in the morning with water.
