Creamy textured, yellow colored honey product. The basic beneficial effects of honey meet the healing properties of ginger. Recommended: Consume 1-2 teaspoons daily in a course. Provides relief during colds and flu. Aids digestion and stimulates brain function. Ideal for Indian dishes, as a spread or flavoring. Suitable for tea, baking, and cooking. Storage: Store in a place protected from sunlight at room temperature. Honey should only be added to beverages at consumption temperature (up to 45°C) to preserve its quality! Crystallization of honey is a natural process! It does not affect its quality at all. Crystallized honey can be liquefied again in a 45°C water bath.
