Traditional noodle and pasta flour mixture. Net weight: 190 g (+/-5).
You can make tasty and traditional-shaped dumplings to accompany a delicious Hungarian stew. *Compared to general gluten-free flours with high starch content, it has at least 30% less carbohydrate. Preparation suggestion: Mix 1 teaspoon of salt with 100 ml water for a firmer dumpling, or 120 ml water for a softer one, then add the dumpling base and stir until smooth. Boil water with a little salt and fat, let the dough rest. When it thickens, scoop it into boiling water, wait for it to rise to the surface, then drain after 1-2 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Dough: 3 small eggs, 10 ml water, 125 g flour mixture. After resting for 20 minutes, roll it out to 1-2 mm thickness on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes. Boil in bubbling water for 3-4 minutes.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, sesame flour, bamboo fiber flour, coconut flour, yellow flaxseed flour. Produced in a facility that also processes sesame seeds and nuts.
Store in a cool, dry place. Contains naturally occurring sugars and fibers.
