The product is made using a special drying process, the steps of which are as follows:

Step 1: Drying the fresh fruit: In this step, the juice is extracted from the fruit, which contains the natural sugars specific to the fruit variety.

Step 2: Boiling the received fruit juice: The fruit juice received in the first step is concentrated by evaporating some of the water in it. This step increases the percentage of individual carbohydrates, especially fructose.

Step 3: The dried fruit, from which the juice was extracted, is soaked in fruit juice with increased fructose concentration. Due to osmotic pressure, the fruit absorbs some of the fructose from the mentioned concentrated fruit juice.

Although dried fruit does not contain artificial sweeteners, it will have a higher sugar content due to the natural fructose found in the fruit being concentrated during the drying process.
