The product is made using a special drying process, the steps of which are as follows:

Step 1: Drying the fresh fruits: In this step, the juice is extracted from the fruits, which contains natural sugars specific to the fruit variety.

Step 2: Boiling the received fruit juice: The fruit juice obtained in the first step is concentrated by evaporating some of the water in it. This step increases the percentage of individual carbohydrates, especially fructose.

Step 3: The dried fruit, from which the juice was extracted, is soaked in fruit juice with increased fructose concentration. Due to osmotic pressure, the fruit absorbs some of the fructose from the concentrated fruit juice.

Although dried fruit does not contain artificial sweeteners, it will still have a higher sugar content due to the drying process than fresh fruit, as it naturally contains fructose found in the fruit itself.
