The applications of bay leaf:
- Add bay leaves as a spice to your dishes (add bay leaves towards the end of cooking, as using them too early can make the food bitter)
- When consumed as tea: boil 10g dried leaves in 1 liter of water, let it steep for 10 minutes, strain and consume 2-3 cups daily
- sitz bath (we add a 1-liter infusion made of leaves to the bath water and stay in it for 10-15 minutes, it is recommended to apply it before bedtime for its relaxing and sedative effects)
- tincture 3 times a day 1 teaspoon
- cockroach repellent (we sprinkle ground bay leaves along the animals' paths)
