    What exactly does the pudding powder contain?

    BASE RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    • 1 package of pudding mix
    • 450 ml plant-based milk or other milk (e.g. TOTU milk)
    • 30-50 g of sweetener according to taste for the diet

    One package of pudding powder contains 3 servings of dessert.

    Preparation suggestion:

    Mix the contents of the bag with sweetener and about 1 dl of milk until smooth. Add the remaining milk and bring to a boil over low heat while stirring constantly, then it's ready. Be careful not to boil it for too long, as it may thin out. Adjust the sweetness of the dessert before cooking, do not sweeten it afterwards. The pudding can be enjoyed warm, lukewarm or chilled.

    If using it as cake frosting or in desserts, prepare with 300 ml plant-based milk for a thicker consistency.
